I have been a bit absent this past week because Life in Slow Motion has been getting updated. It was all stress and craziness for awhile, so it feels great to be on the other side!
And now that all of this website madness is behind me, I’m excited to start writing again. Finally!
So, what’s on the agenda?
- I’m almost done with my manuscript rough draft for The Book. Hurray! It really needs a name because I am never sure what to call it when I mention it. It shall henceforth be known as The Book until I come up with a better solution 🙂 I hope to finish the first rough draft in the next month and update you on the writing process at that time.
- I have plans in the works for a small ebook called Explain your Pain. I am still mapping it out, but I am hoping to write a practical handbook on helpful and effective ways of communicating your chronic pain to friends, family, and loved ones.
- And for the blog… Stay tuned for a new series on chronic pain and mental health. I hope to bring together my professional experience as a counselor and my personal experience as someone with chronic pain to help you better understand how chronic pain and mental health intersect. More on this soon!
